Asking for advice, I understand a fair amount about cryptocurrency but im not very computer savvy and I work alot of hours so no time to learn and really don't like sitting in front of a computer very much. All the crypto I had was on tradeogre and I know how dumb of a decision that was. I liked it because it was really simple to use. What is a good exchange to use that is simple and what wallet is best for BSV? Be good if the exchange has BSV, XMR, and ARRR

BSV is not for trading. it is for using, as we are doing here on treechat (i just sent you some sats!). no exchange supports BSV trading.
which is fine. crypto trading is indistinguishable from betting in a rigged online casino. there are plenty of memecoins suitable for that.
you can acquire BSV via rockwallet and use their wallet. they are a serious business venture.
exodus is the simplest one i've seen, works well with bsv and even lets you do swaps to get more
Edge wallet for xmr and Arrr. Not sure about bsv.
I use the piratechain mobile wallet. That works well.
Paper wallets for BSV and monero are also great for long term storage
I had 20 dero on trageogre that I never managed to get off due to lack of dero wallet knowledge and now it's gone. !flux
