I recently went through something similar :) If we dont feel alive, inspired, loved, there is really no point. But it does take a lot of strength to take the steps to move on, so well done on finding yours 💚🙏😘

Unsolicited advice: find a local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym and learn to fight. It’s a really good replacement for things like this.

Appreciate the advice. Since covid hit I've put on 40lbs, i stand at 6 ft 5, so a bit tall and have always been skinny, i really feel this weight at 220lbs :/ def. moving forward with discipline training, going to check it out next week with cousin, stoked
