My Birthday treat. I haven’t made any home brew in many years but traditionally spring time is when I would get going with a Nettle Ferment. Then some Dandelions… then lilac…
I had some pears in the freezer and we needed to defrost the freezer and so it was time to finally get brewing!
I’ve never tried pear wine. I’m anticipating a crisp brew.
