Where does bullying begin and speaking truth to power end? Ex. Julia Ioffe publishes nasty lies, half truths and smears. Yet she accuses anyone who calls her out of being a bully.
Comment section is the only arena of the common man against these people.

Sometimes the truth hurts and could be misconstrued as bullying.
I guess when I think of bullying, it’s the negative words being used to try and make that person hate themself 🤷🏻♂️

Definitely isn't clean cut but if I was going to draw a line I expect that it would be about power dynamics and the difference between public & private figures. Is telling the emporer that he isn't wearing clothes, bullying?

Yeah, I guess it would come down to interpretation of a comment and how sensitive that person is. I would expect public figures to have thicker skin but as they should...they choose that life most of the time.
