Reorganized my whole YouTube channel today using Claude Code calling the YouTube Data API. 7 new topical playlists, old draft playlists deleted, even pulled YouTube auto-captions on orphan videos so Claude could help me categorize them. Way easier than doing it by hand.
Stack: YouTube Data API v3 (OAuth Desktop credentials), Python client lib, plus yt-dlp for pulling auto-captions. Whole reorg cost ~3,000 quota units out of the daily 10K free tier.
