why not just remint them as a collection? users send back their current ring to you and you replace it with a collection ring. you could burn the old ones.

That was my exact strategy for pausing proceedings this would be trivial if 1sat alpha had the collection feature. I've been through all the available options I've no clue how to do this with scrypt etc. I need simply UI to get it done and be able to mint items into the collection over a period of time. I have tried everything.

it's a work in progress, i haven't tried the minting, but at the moment you can't view items within a collection as such no market no pricing etc.
that's a rough sample of what I wanted to end up with, got nowhere TBH
