@6873 Symbols can and will effect our own internalization of an existing collective construct. It will affect others that have internalized this construct because they have learned it as part of their culture.

This is readily observable in contemporary Hinduism. However, it works there because the knowledge of the devas, their symbols, and the narratives that surround them are learned and internalized at infancy.
