Is there a way to find out the names or twetch username here using the block explorer link? or to see twetch messages? I want to find someone.

unfortunately the usernames were not written to the blockchain so atm there is no way to search by user

in case it's not clear from the video, press the middle Choose Stream button in the navigation panel at the bottom of the screen, then click on Twetch stream.
