It seems that all BSV funds Bitcoin and satoshis that haven't been converted to the BRC100 standard will be excluded from the network, and users will be blocked from transferring them. Do you have any information about this?

where did you see that?
That is not true. BRC-100 is simply a wallet to app protocol. It might be the only way to use certain apps, but it is not the only way to use BitCoin. Just like http isn't the only interface for the internet.
