I think the math will probably be nearly the same and the intelligence test was just a way to give a little bit extra, to the faithful.
Even his friends like @292 could not be told the real deal with $tendies. To tell ANYBODY would make the whole offering, illegal. Instead, the smartest and most faithful people, were rewarded.
