I see that you’ve already created your user account, but you still need to connect your wallet so the app knows your address pair (payments + Ordinals).
Go to your profile after connecting your wallet (you can also create a new wallet if you prefer) and add your public addresses to your address book. That way, the app knows each user's public address (designated as the main wallet), this enable user-to-user payments in BSV as well as NFT transfers using usernames.
