@3 Why is following someone so expensive. We can't create a following list of interesting people. I have to be carefull who to follow which makes Twetch uninteresting. If I can't follow people why should I use Twetch?

If you follow people and create interesting content... then they will follow you. It creates a wash. Use my profile as an example. 331 people follow me and I follow 331 people. That means I only spent 2 cents per follow.
