I try to give back equal value to the people who interact with me, but we both end up losing due to the 20% cut. It's not gonna be sustainable for many people.

Something to watch. I'll be watching out for attempts to monopolise the environment and avoid cutting % with growth. It takes a special person to resist. Driven enough to work & create, far sighted enough to share.
