Seems to be some years old.
Well, in some cases he was right but was some years off with the timing.
Could be one of those cases.
In generally I think he is right with regards to Bitcoin having to act inside law and order. Seems inevitable.
That our current system of law and order has decayed would be another topic.
In my opinion bitcoin with its p2p possibilities enables "consequences by the common people" so the central authorities no longer stand above the law and can abuse it however they want.
Writing an article about it, not sure when it will be done though.
