What are your thoughts on CSW versus Stephan Kinsella on property rights and intellectual property?

On bitcoin, everything would be intellectual property, and every access and every search would be a payment, if the creator wishes.
On the blockchain it would be very efficient and kinda frictionless.
So the diasadvantages of intellectual property with regards to bureaucracy, logistics and middlemen taking their cut would be reduced and maybe even neglectable.
It is more like an individual choice, similar to accepting current human rights and common law. Do you want to interact on a protocol, where your content gets honored when you honor other peoples content and contribution?
Or do you want to interact on a protocol without any accountability, identity or reward for contribution?
My bet would be, that the system with identity, accountability and rewards will outcompete the other one. It is about incentives. In my opinion you will see more and more quality emerge on the BSV blockchain over time.
You could still copy content and distribute it elsewhere, or you could consume it elsewhere, but the hassle and time investment may not be worth the money you save. And whenever you consume content elsewhere, it is hard to tell if it is still the original without anyone tampering with it. People may underestimate the future urge for proof of originality.
