Got a Tascam US-2000 years back (still titties) & had to download new drivers from Keybase, but that piece of gear near 0 latency even in multitrack recordings (16 simultaneous available on real time).

That's all you need :) 25 years ago i could only dream / imagine what i wanted because the software wasn't there yet and the hardware was to expensive. Now im working with AI and use my edit skills to master the tracks. I'm still amazed by this new technology and have now some hardware where i use STEM techniques. I like it, verry creative and amazing quality..
