Tokyo was once called Edo. Istanbul was once Constantinople. Before Twetch there was bitstagram. Everything has it's eras.
BSV allows for a certain kind of permanence of data. This is just my opinion, but with permanence there is reiteration. Twetch may not come back in it's exact form, however; we will see it again.
