This is my main qualm with apocalyptic sects. They don’t breed because they believe the earth is going away.
Far from it, the resurrection occurs here and the new heaven and new earth become one. Heaven isn’t a place.

Christ gave a marriage proposal to his church, and fulfilled the prophets. Nearly everything prophecied was fulfilled and finished with the burning of Yerushalem.

The language is all mucked up when translated into English anyways. We don't even actually know what "Isra" means. "El" is the Creator.

I think you're conflating too many things. NASA, the globe, space, etc... They're all irrelevant as I see it. Nothing about my theology or worldview changes if we're on a globe or a pancake, or inside some other vessel.
