You can't pitch BSV as a data storage and data ownership thing as long as data can be arbitrarily pruned by miners and/or be unavailable
Anything to that extent is outright fraud right now.

I think that conversation deserves more discussion, but both sides are being absolutist for no reason. Some miners will store. Others won't. BitcoinFiles and MatterPool will most certainly store everything forever, other pools may prune that specific data.
This should be a disclaimer then in every BSV app that deals with data.
And Matterpool / BitcoinFiles must get a notarized binding LOI / statement for each upload stating that.
Otherwise thats how you get rekt with LAWR
first thing to do in order to further that conversation is to stop talking about "forever" -- this is misty-eyed bitcoin mythology. replace with "as long as it is profitable or can become so", i.e., a timeless market principle.
