gentlemen here is a thought: simply stop addressing and responding to BTC'ers on X.
they know they have no utility other than that of being a supposed SOV. the assumption of perpetual appreciation, however, makes for spectacularly dubious economic foundations. if it has worked more or less for a decade or so rests merely on first mover advantage and is not even accompanied by a minimally acceptable user experience. thus the SOV use case has to be perpetually supported by narrative.
by engaging with BTC'ers you are helping them satisfy their perpetual narrative needs. but when the weight of economic reality brings their SOV fantasy crashing down — i assure you — your interlocutors will quietly disappear. they will not admit error, they will not correct course: they will just drop out behind their usernames and disappear.
meanwhile the BSV ecosystem will have continued to build real use cases. you'll still be here, talking utility. investors interested in this sort of thing will be looking for discussions about this, not about that. so cut BTC'ers out of the conversation already. they think they won. you can even tell them they won. but their victory is pyrrhic.
added bonus: your ignoring them will make them furious and make them spew even more nonsense. this accelerates their departure.

It is an industry. The more money or economic activity, the better.
If you want them to buy your coin, try being kind and convincing.
Twetch ·
yep. but there are some who will never be convinced and have no intention to be kind. them, it is best to ignore.
