Honestly disappointing that BSV Association is calling this the final step and no longer plans to remove the DAA.

Difficulty Adjustment Algorithm. The Bitcoin ABC devs cowardly changed the original algorithm during the 2017 hard fork "for emergency purposes" thus conceding the hash war before it began. BSV later inherited this change. Switching back to Satoshi's original algorithm used to be on the roadmap but it appears to have been quietly removed without discussion.
