As a 30 year old i have a mortgage. But i hate the idea of bring stuck to one location
Not saying anybody will get crushed overnight if you need to lease it.
Trend y/y is not likely in favor here tho.
In one hot zip code, 100s of THs were bought up by people thinking they could rent people in their 20s.
Devs came along- Built 10K units
But now i need a sewer pipe, 10k or do it myself, and a roof in 5 years, 20k or do it myself for 5k
Yeah, but problem with apartments or rentals. Rent increases. Currently in California with wild fires and homes being destroyed. Rent averages 1600 a month for a 3 bedroom. My mortgage will remain at 1000. Only upside to owning.
