Use the derivation path of the hardware wallet in both electron and electrum sv.

Send your pre-spilt bch to coinbase or coinex and they will simply split them evenly for you (1 bch = 1 bsv). Yes coinbase does it and yes I have confirmed they still do it myself (though they only release the bsv after 1k confirmations; those nutjobs).
