生しらすと釜揚げしらすの贅沢2種盛り。
とろりととろける生しらすとふっくらとした釜揚げしらす、それぞれが絶妙なハーモニーで混じり合って非常に美味でした🤤
Today I would like to introduce you to a shirasu-don (a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of shirasu) that I had on Enoshima Island🐟
It was a luxurious bowl of two kinds of shirasu: fresh shirasu and kama-age shirasu.
The melt-in-your-mouth fresh shirasu and plump kama-age shirasu mixed together in perfect harmony and were extremely delicious 🤤
