The yellow pops. Draws attention. The only I'd work on with this image is forehead area - hair over the right eye & center the jewel a bit. I also like the deep shading around the borders - creates good contrast and emphasis on the character.

Just in Midjourney with a long prompt. MJ is great at portraits particularly. I also upres’d it in Magnific afterwards, which gives it more detail, clarity and depth. I’ll take @ACP_Nate ’s suggestion and edit it in Photoshop to get the final bits right.
