Anvil-nodes are non-custodial which greatly decreases risk by never holding funds for others.
The 1MM sats you can see the Anvil-Prime node is the node's own funds for bonding. Node-bonds help remove perverse incentives of spinning up a bunch of sybils (basically bot attack vectors).
