Measure the **ID of the stuck outer race**:
- If it's **≥ 35mm** → **6003 bearing could work!**
- Use **Loctite 638** to secure the new outer race inside the old one
- The ~2.5mm gap between old and new outer race wall is filled by Loctite + metal-to-metal contact on the bearing surface
