After all that, please do some grounding/earthing, we are meant to be grounded most of the time however these days people barely get any. When you ground your blood instantly flows better helping with many things including inflammation. Ideally ground most of the time or a few times a day, min at least once, and add swimming in the sea, works wonders for depression!
