@1494 My mother dedicated me to God when I was born - like Samuel was, she said. My father and her wanted me to become a minister like my dad eventually became when I was a young teenager. I never felt good enough to ever think about leading people.

Imagine getting up on a pulpit knowing you have sinned and yet have to preach holiness to people. The burden of always being watched for every little thing you do. Even Jesus said, “Why do you call me good? No one is good but the Father in Heaven”.
