@1494 $I have made some fairly significant fixes after deciding to work directly off my fork of Neon Planaria and not wait anymore. My Bitcoin query providers are working as expected, but perf is poorer than expected for syncing with no optimizations on.

There are only 2 unit tests right now; they are passing if things are set up right and the project dependencies are set up right. I will get the rest of it up on Github as soon as I can and make it work with GitPod.IO as well so it is a 1-click deploy.
I will still have a bunch of refactoring to do on this code.
