@145 i went through Atlanta a couple weeks back and thought about you, but didn’t have time to reach out or stop. Actually, funny story - I drove right through the heart of Atlanta on 75 against the behest of my Garmin, which was going ballistic for 25 min

warning me that my semi was not allowed. I cursed the Garmin and forged onward LOL turns out I could have been ticketed to the tune of $2500. I had no idea trucks weren’t allowed through 😅😅😅😅 Next time it’s suffice to say I’ll be taking the outer loop.
btw from a midwesterners perspective Atlanta is a hot mess
Really i was going to stop in next year to visit a friend on my way down to texas. I heard atlanta was doing great. If it were close to the ocean i was even thinking about moving there
Yes you are supposed to drive on 285. LAWR
Cool! It’s definitely worth visiting and looks really neat, there so much to take in as you drive through but I was about as intimidated as I’ve ever been as I maneuvered the stretch of 75. It was like 3pm sharp, and as I came around a bend a parking lot
of vehicles 12 something lanes wide (which I needed to cross over from right to left) kept my eyes very busy 😫 lol. It was completely cray cray 😅😂
Lol its becoming a new NYC. Guys that drive big rigs hate it here too. I know guys in florida that pass on money if the trip involves nyc.
I’ve heard plenty of stories, NYC is absolutely the worst. I leave Monday morning to pick up from a bread factory delivering to Syracuse NY. My first time to there and it’s rad because frozen bread is light af. Driving a heavy 79k# semi can really suck fr
😭🤣 what a dumb lawr, it was perfectly fine tbh, although there’s so many semi’s on the roads that I could definitely see how it would create an even greater traffic problem. fuck, it was insane for about 1 to 15 minutes there ngl. I can say I did it!
