@1420 says to avoid the term Layer for tokens, especially L0, as upper layers are encapsulated within lower layer in the OSI model, which is not the case here.

I am proposing:
L0 => native / script - tokens
L1 => utxo
L2 => stored / data
+ hybrid tokens
