Since i stopped following the news my quality of life has definitely gone up alot. especially politics is purely a waste of time and energy.
Wow, great point of view. 👍 The next level of inquiry might be what it does to our consciousness while perceiving our sources of information through a square, wether it is a tv or computer screen or a cell phone.
