Michael here. Queer artist and parent of four. I live on Vancouver Island. A beautiful paradise on the west coast of Canada. I’ve built a career as a chef until I was injured over a year ago and have been building a new vocation as a software engineer. I’m starting school in September!!!! In my mid-fifties wish me luck.

Two things I miss deeply from my pre-injury life (and if anyone knows a lawyer specializing in labor law I want to talk about employers duty of care) that I just can’t get over yet. One is rock climbing… I haven’t done it in years but won’t be doing it anytime soon— I’ve got a friend who’s itching to get out onto the crags with me but I can’t. And the other is playing guitar. I can’t play enough to form callouses without it causing lots of pain and that makes me really really sad.

I discovered Bitcoin early on, pre-segwit, and deeply regret not figuring it out when it was at $70 a coin. I KNEW back then that it was going to be the future of the world; I just didn’t have the liquidity or time/energy to get into it. Life happens right? 🤷‍♀️

It wasn’t until 2016 that I got into crypto though… but Bitcoin was not even on my radar (ugh remember $ETN and $STEEM). That is, until 2021-ish and I started looking further into what happened with the Civil war… found Satoshi and Kurt, got introduced to Relayx and the culture there and was sold on the real Bitcoin and have been preaching that gospel to whomever would listen since. I’ve probably got about twenty different self-custodial Bitcoin wallets on all the different platforms LOL!!!

I’m the only person in my real life that is as deep into the Bitcoin rabbit hole as me, and sometimes it’s really lonely. Even the “crypto bros” I know in my community have no clue or inkling about real Bitcoin. It’s kinda lonely being a Bitcoin maxi… my partner and kids’ eyes all gloss over and they just nod politely when I start talki…

I am eva, literally will turn 25 tomorrow. People say still young at my age but already experience lot of stressful in life when it comes to family but i do prioritize my family at all ways. Nice to meet you! I dont have much knowledge about crypto but all i understand is how the BSV community unity works, generoussity and kindest community of all. They are all awesome and friendly. I love to let my head spin from time to time. To many people i sound cryptic, maybe thats why i got into Bitcoin lol.
I enjoy the easy things of life the most. At my core there runs a believe system of deep connection to everything arround me. Tho i often times make it hard for people to enjoy being arround me. I call it "the great filter".
Germany is a pretty negative country in general — My current goal therefore is to disturb people in a way that makes them feel like they want to be something greater then eat sleep work repeat. Goal is set, some people are already found to work with. Right now i am writing a book or course i'd like to show people with what i deeply believe and want to spread. Its no believe system, but more a believe what humans can offer each other without working for it in the nowadays common and toxic way. More info i can't offer yet.

For Rafael and any Feds / saboteurs tuning in, I've been in Bitcoin since ____ I've been around long enough to remember the launch of OpenBazaar. I know how great it feels to make real world transactions, without the taint of intermediaries or fiat blood-money. I survived the forks, the shitcoins, the NFT craze, and many ruggings by Twetch and Relay, and am more confident than ever that the future belongs to the people that master this technology first, and provide real value to each other. The counterbalance to a tyrannical globalist dictatorship is a voluntary global network of freedom-loving people that are determined to build our own societies united by Bitcoin, with more transparency, less middlemen, and less corruption. I realize not everyone is ready to be a Bitcoin merchant, but that's my main wish... for every Bitcoiner to become an entrepreneur, and let us know what they have to offer the community.

My only claim to fame was when I ran a very low-key online gold and silver shop called MJBMONETARYMETALS. That led to a 1-gram Bitcoin round, one of the very first UK physical products that used Bitcoin as the only payment method, the Type "1 & 2" 1-gram silver Bitcoin rounds. I‘m a retired software engineer with special interest in more theoretical topics. I started to slowly but increasingly question the crypto space in 2018, with periods of doubts in between. Ironically I started with crypto because i saw the need for a pure digital gold without any other purpose then to exist and be store value, and that was before the highjacking in 2017. Initially I was convinced of the need for complete anonymity, but later I realized that it is not that simple and that PoW was not designed for just digital gold. I am looking forward for interesting discussions in this nice community when I have time.
