Relationship between 10yr Treasury and Mortgage rates would lead to rise in rates, decline in home prices (corresponding w/ monthly payments). How much and at what rate / when, I do not know, but rates epic low now. Do you think they will go Negative?
Rates are already negative. Nominal rates go below zero if inflation collapses again, as it did in 2008, 2011, 2015/16, 2018 and 2020.
