1/ Unpopular opinion: I think Twetching is waaaay too expensive, but let me clarify:
You *really* want to limit spam and bots, but I'm not so sure you want to limit people expressing their opinion to much with economic incentives.

However, I think paying for extra services such as Tweet from Twetch is pure genius. I don't think that price is too high, but that's my opinion.
Just like scaling Bitcoin, you need volumes. It should easy for those producing good content to get big audiences. If the cost is to high, people increase savings and drop consuming, and I don't think a social media platform should set that bar to high.
I don't think twetching is expensive. This twetch cost you only 2c. But liking is, and ppl don't tend to giveaway those easily.
That is the main reason so few likes on top posts imo.
And replies to twetch don't bring the autor anything as it seems.
So in my opinion:
1. Likes and Twetching should decrease in cost (significantly).
2. Follow and responses to twetches should depend on the user. For most users, it should be (very) low, but it should increase for high profile users.
