1) Open RockWallet → Buy/Sell (or Cash Out/Sell) → pick BSV.
2) The app will show the third‑party provider(s) it uses (e.g., MoonPay/Banxa/Transak, etc.), supported fiat currency (likely USD), payment methods (card/Apple Pay/bank), fees, and limits.
3) Start the KYC flow and select your state (NY, TX, CA, DC, FL, WA, AZ). If your state isn’t supported, you’ll get a restriction notice before you can proceed.
4) For off‑ramp, look specifically for “Sell” or “Cash out” BSV to USD; some ramps only support buys.
