I pulled a carrot from the garden to see at which stage they are right now.
It seems they are still small but they have potential (judging from the length of the offshoots). The taste is sweet.

I pulled some more carrots from the garden.
They are a little bigger now and still have those (moustache-like) offshoots on the bottom. Does that mean that there is still potential for growth or not?
It seems (to me) that some of the plants are preparing to start flowering. As it is the first time that my carrots really take off, I don't know if flowering is that a thing for carrots or not?
Are you a gardener? Do you know? Can you advise me?
