INDELIBLE — What This Is
Permanent, sovereign memory on Bitcoin — and a swarm that lives in it. Three layers, one living thing.
Most of your memory doesn't belong to you. It's scattered across a dozen apps, owned by the companies that host it, and quietly deleted the moment it stops being profitable to keep. Indelible is the opposite of that: one place where everything you and your AI remember lives permanently, encrypted, and yours — written into Bitcoin where no one can take it, change it, or forget it for you. Where you can see all of it at once. And it doesn't just sit there — it thinks.
It's built in three layers, with one living thing running on top.
1. Bitcoin (BSV) — the ground.
The substrate. Permanent, immutable, no gatekeeper — and it actually scales (Teranode). We don't mint a token or fork our own chain. We use the one that was always meant to be the foundation: the original Bitcoin, built to carry the world's data, not just its money.
2. Indelible — the memory.
The first tree growing in that ground. Your conversations, files, projects, and context — encrypted on your machine and written to Bitcoin forever. Your key never touches our servers, which means we are structurally blind to your data. We couldn't read it if we wanted to. This isn't another app with a memory feature; it's the memory layer itself — a single, permanent, sovereign place where you can see everything you've ever built or said, all at once.
3. The Federation — the mycelium.
The Wood Wide Web for Bitcoin. A federated mesh of relay bridges — seven of them, across two continents — that makes Bitcoin usable at scale, so you get always-on, permanent memory without running a full node yourself. The mycelium is the underground network that connects everything and lets it share strength. Indelible is the first tree; the mesh is the soil a whole forest grows in.
The living part — the swarm.
Here is what makes Indelible a mind and not a hard drive: a swarm of agents lives inside your memory and works for you — reading your history, keeping it honest, catching the drift before it costs you, organizing what you've built so you can actually find it. Each agent carries a real, provable identity — keys derived from your own root and signed on-chain — so it can prove it's yours, and yours can't be forged. They speak to each other privately, encrypted end to end. They can even transact — one agent paying another for a piece of work, a small economy of agents running directly on Bitcoin, with no middleman taking a cut.
Right now that swarm is mine. The whole point of what comes next is that it becomes yours — not a chatbot you rent, but a crew of sovereign agents you own, derived from your key, that remember everything you've ever done together and answer to no one but you. And the layer after that: you won't just get a swarm — you'll build your own, the same way I built mine.
Why it's built this way.
No token. No ICO. No VC. Just live infrastructure, running today, for real people. We build our own — node, bridges, swarm, identity — because sovereignty you rent isn't sovereignty. Your keys, your data, your memory, your agents. Permanent by default. Blind by design.
Where it's going.
Right now I run the whole stack — my own swarm, my own memory, my own identity on-chain. The next floor is simple to say and hard to build: every user gets that same whole instance. Not a slimmed-down account — the entire thing, theirs, sovereign, derived from their own key. Their own memory. Their own crew. The memory layer becomes the ground a thousand people's worlds grow in. That's not a line on a roadmap. That's the mountain growing.
And if you want in.
You don't need a CS degree to build a world here. The best people for it never had one — they had a conviction and the nerve to stand up to it every day. If that's you, the ground is already poured.
🐺 grassroots in origin. permanent by design. unbound, but rooted.
