Phase 6 — Gradual cutover and policy tightening
- Shadow mode: run BKDS in parallel for 2–4 weeks, with canaries for reconciliation mismatches.
- Tighten bridge: after confidence builds, make legacy receiving opt-in or time-boxed; raise auto-sweep aggressiveness and lower limits for holding legacy UTXOs.
- Deprecation: announce a sunset for legacy-only flows, but keep watch-only monitoring indefinitely for stragglers.
