Nothing, i repeat, nothing beats analog sound. I'm also in the music, travelled the world with a bag fulll of records. When i started there was not even a pentium 1 processor, windows took 80% of the workspace and if i installed Cubase the computer went dead lolz.

Got a Tascam US-2000 years back (still titties) & had to download new drivers from Keybase, but that piece of gear near 0 latency even in multitrack recordings (16 simultaneous available on real time).
