Not sure about this. This assumes courts will outlive bitcoin which is like saying countries will outlive the internet. Just doesn’t seem realistic
Additionally, how would a valid court be objectively chosen as THE court that can rule on bitcoin? Is one court more just than another?
The courts will confirm with the chain, the chain doesn’t confirm with the courts
