There is 0% chance you can allow bitcoin and real world assets to interact without courts, law and government.

Imagine a hacker stealing your private keys with a contract to ownership of physical property.

Not your keys not your coin, my ass!

Not sure about this. This assumes courts will outlive bitcoin which is like saying countries will outlive the internet. Just doesn’t seem realistic

Additionally, how would a valid court be objectively chosen as THE court that can rule on bitcoin? Is one court more just than another?
